Vanna White retains lawyer as Ryan Seacrest named ‘Wheel of Fortune’ host, hasn’t had raise in years

On the same day that Ryan Seacrest was announced Tuesday as Pat Sajak’s replacement on “Wheel of Fortune,” Vanna White has reportedly gotten a lawyer up in the wake of Sajak’s retirement news.

The New York Post reports White has have hired “aggressive” powerhouse attorney Bryan Freedman.

According to Puck News, White makes roughly $3 million a year since 2005 and hasn’t gotten a raise – only bonuses – in that time. It has not been revealed whether White, 66, will be joining Seacrest, 48. White’s contract is up at the end of the 2023-2024 season.

In 2016, Forbes reported that he earned $15 million a year from the show.

Sajak and White have done “Wheel of Fortune” for more than 40 years, with Sajak starting in 1981 and White one year later.
